Timmothy is missing from Aurora, Illinois, but was last seen at a water park in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin on May 12, 2011. He was last known to be in the company of his mother who has since been found deceased of an apparent suicide in Rockford, Illinois.

Three months after Timmothy disappeared, police have released new information about the case, including the discovery of a "concerning amount" of the child's blood in the backseat of his mother's SUV. But police cautioned that they don't know how long the blood had been there, and that it could have come from a nosebleed he suffered in the last year or so.

Police say they are still holding out hope Timmothy will be found safe. Before mother and son disappeared, Fry-Pitzen (his mother) left a note saying Timmothy was fine and that she left him in the care of unnamed individuals.

Amy Fry-Pitzen's body was found May 14, 2011 in Rockford. She apparently had slit her wrists.

PORTAGE – Police are searching for a Portage woman they say failed to turn over her 3-year-old child to authorities following a court order.

Joanne Marie Bloomberg, 21, failed to turn over her child, Anne Marie Mykia Bloomberg, to Department of Human Services or Family and Children's Services as ordered by the court, according to a news release from the Portage Department of Public Safety.

Bloomberg's last known address was 5459 Meredith St., Apartment K, in Portage, according to the release. Police believe Bloomberg and her daughter are staying in the Kalamazoo area
